Sealed Bids for the construction of the SANTAQUIN PEAKS OFFSITE UTILITIES will be received electronically, by THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY OF SANTAQUIN CITY on the Utah Public Procurement Place website (bids.sciquest.com/Utah), until 2:00 pm local time on FEBRUARY 2, 2023. The bids will then be publicly read at 2:30 pm on the same day at the Santaquin City offices located at 275 West main Street, Santaquin, Utah. The Project consists of construction of approximately 12,000 linear feet of Culinary Water, Pressure Irrigation, and 6,000 feet of utility conduits within and adjacent to Summit Ridge Parkway and through a single parcel. This includes but is not limited to excavation, rock excavation, placement, bedding, and backfill of the lines listed above. All pipe, fittings, valves, tape, locate wire, bolt packs, pipe grease, casing spacers, will be provided by Owner. All excavation, pipe bedding, import, export, disposal, compaction, equipment, labor, etc. provided by Contractor.

Bids shall be on a unit price basis.

Advertisement for the project begins on January 23, 2023.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on January 25, at 275 West Main Street, Santaquin, UT 84655. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
