Try-It-Sports

This fun, 3-week program is an engaging introduction into sports for young children.
We will meet twice a week, and teach a different sport each day with fun warm up drills and activities.
The program is twice a week for 45 mins.
Week 1: T-ball & Soccer
Week 2: Gymnastics & Flag Football
Week 3: Basketball
Last Day: Bounce house and obstacle course (1 hour of play)
Children will do warm up activities then divide into groups for fun, and simple station rotations. We will play a quick "game" at the end.
Children will take turns during stations as the helper coach goes up and down the line. If parents want to give the children more practice, they are encouraged to step in and help the children get more one-on-one practice. (For example, playing catch back and forth) This class is similar to a parent & me class.
Parents are asked to stay during class
