Santaquin City desires and anticipates entering into a contract with a qualified contractor for roadway projects for multiple streets/roads/locations within Santaquin City.

Santaquin City anticipates a base bid that includes a 2” asphalt overlay of 200 East from 100 north to 400 South; 200 West, from Main Street to approximately 550 South; New roadways within the Santaquin City Cemetery. Any of the Additive Alternates identified in “Exhibit A” 2022 Road Projects may be added to the contract as/if Bid unit pricing and funding may allow and only as directed and authorized by the Santaquin City Public Works Director and the City Engineer.

Submit Bids to the City Contact in accordance with required Bid materials listed below. All Bid materials must be received by the City Contact no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 12, 2022. The right is reserved by Santaquin City to reject any or all Bids. Bids should be Submitted to the State Procurement website SCIQUEST.

The final date in which questions may be submitted will be Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 12:00 pm.

No hardcopy bids will be accepted.

Bids will not be opened publicly. Bids will be opened and evaluated by City Staff after the submittal deadline.
