NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RE: Right of Way Vacation for the Tanner Flats Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that the Santaquin City Council will be holding a Public Hearing at approximately 7:00 pm on July 15, 2025, to review a right-of-way vacation in the Tanner Flats subdivision located approximately east of Summit Ridge Parkway between S. Stone Brook Lane and S. Cedar Pass Drive.

The above meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers located at 110 S. Center Street. It is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal.

State law requires that notification of right-of-way vacations be provided to all affected property owners and entities at least 10 days prior to the first public hearing on the issue. This notice was sent to property owners within 300’ of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
