Public Hearing - Proposed Rezoning of approximately 2.5 acres located at 13460 S SR-198

HEARING TIME AND LOCATION

Notice is hereby given that the Santaquin City Planning Commission will be holding a public

hearing at approximately 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. The in-person meeting will be

viewable online. The meeting will be held in person at the Council Chambers 110 S. Center Street

Santaquin, UT 84655.

THE PROPOSAL

To amend the Santaquin City Zoning Map to change the zoning of approximately 2.5 acres of parcel

30:091:0047 located at 13460 S SR-198, Santaquin from the Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) zone to

the Residential Commercial (RC) zone.

HEARING PURPOSE

The hearing is an open meeting in which residents will have the right and opportunity to voice

concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Feedback from residents may be used to help mitigate

possible impacts. This is the only public hearing which will be held on this request.
