HEARING TIME AND LOCATION
Notice is hereby given that the Santaquin City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at approximately 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The in-person meeting will be viewable online. The meeting will be held in person at the Council Chambers 110 S. Center Street Santaquin, UT 84655.

Ages: 1-12 (Residents Only)

Teen Flashlight Egg Hunt Friday, April 3rd at 9:00PM

Ages: 13 – 18 (If you are 18 you must still be in High School)

Location: Harvest View Sports Complex, 1400 South Harvest View Dr.

Pressurized Irrigation Start Up

Santaquin City will begin charging the pressurized irrigation system on Monday, March 30th. It will take our public works crews approximately 7 to 10 days to fill the pressurized irrigation system completely. Residents should prepare their irrigation systems immediately. Failure to do so can result in leaks, property damage, or water loss when the system is pressurized. Please ensure valves are closed and your systems are ready to safely accept irrigation water.

Landfill Uses - Second Saturday Disposal

The Santaquin Landfill is closed to the public for general debris except during these times:

During the citywide Spring Clean-up
During the citywide Fall Clean-up
On the second Saturday between the months of April and November.

During the second Saturday, between the months of April and November, our residents can drop off green waste.

Spring Clean Up

The city provides dumpsters each spring for a city-wide clean up. The 2026 Spring Clean Up will be held from April 11th to April 18th (Closed on Sunday, April 12th).

Open Burn Information Open Burn Guidelines

Open Burn Period: March 30th to May 30th and Sept 15th to Oct 30th

The open burns allow residents to burn limbs, branches, and clippings from trees, bushes, etc., incident to property clean-up activities, provided that the following conditions are met:

*Residents in Unincorporated Utah County must also have a valid burn permit from the Utah County Fire Marshal. Download Permit
